Cursur is licensed for personal, non-commercial use on a single device per purchase. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, or resell the software. By downloading and installing Cursur, you agree to these terms.
If you post a video about Cursur on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts and it reaches 10,000 views on any one platform, you are eligible for a full refund of your purchase price. To claim it, email the link to support@cursur.app. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of verification. Each account is eligible for one refund. We reserve the right to decline claims where the view count cannot be independently verified.
All sales are final except where the creator refund programme applies. If Cursur fails to function on your supported device, contact us and we will make it right.
Cursur is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from its use. The app requires OS-level accessibility permissions to function; you grant these at your own discretion.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Cursur after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
